Huat Villa Living is a private residence offering furnished room rentals for a minimum lease period of three (3) months. All tenancy arrangements are between Jasmine Angkasa (as the private landlord) and the tenant.

Please note:

  • This property is not a hotel, hostel, or licensed boarding house.

  • It is not available for short-term stays or daily/weekly rentals.

 

3. Eligibility

To rent a room at Huat Villa Living, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Provide valid identification and proof of legal right to reside in Singapore;

  • Undergo a tenant screening process which may include reference and background checks;

  • Sign a rental agreement directly with the owner.

 

4. Rental Terms

  • The minimum lease period is three (3) consecutive months.

  • A formal tenancy agreement must be signed before move-in.

  • Rent, deposits, utility payments, and house rules will be specified in the agreement.

  • Early termination policies and refund terms will be governed strictly by the signed rental agreement.

 

5. Booking and Payments

All booking enquiries can be made through the Website’s contact form or via direct communication with the owner.

  • Payment terms, including rental deposits and monthly rent, will be discussed and agreed upon in the rental agreement.

  • No binding contract is formed until a tenancy agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

 

6. Website Use

You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not:
